Blue Field House - Chromatic Dwellings No. 15

A vivid study in contrast and balance, Blue Field House pairs a quiet periwinkle-blue architectural form with richly gestural painted end panels and a saturated chartreuse plinth. The restrained geometry of the structure allows the expressive painterly surfaces to emerge as moments of surprise and energy.

The work shifts depending on the viewing angle — at once calm and exuberant, minimal and deeply chromatic. The elevated base gives the piece a sculptural presence while reinforcing its relationship to architecture and landscape.
