1921
The engine house was built around 1877 on what is today, the Northshire Bookstore parking lot. In 1921 it was moved to its current location.
-
1967
The building was transformed and operated as a fire house for the township in Fire District No. 1 until 1965, when it was sold
-
2022
Over the years it served as retail space for many businesses including an architect, interior designer, a quilting shop and a liquor store.

Today
The building has been beautifully renovated both inside and out and is now a darling gem at Adams Park that is home to Squirrel.
